The fastest way to get value

For most teams, the fastest path is:

   Add your sponsor portal name and default currency.

   Create your first event

   This is the event you'll manage sponsors for.

   Add a sponsorship package

   Create a package like Gold, Silver, or Bronze, then add benefits.

   Add your first sponsor

   Create a sponsor company and at least one contact.

   Create a sponsorship

   Link the sponsor to the event and move it into your pipeline.

   Send a proposal

   Create and send a sponsor proposal by email or shareable link.

   Send the sponsor portal link

   Use the secure portal so the sponsor can upload logos, artwork, and other requested materials.

What happens after a sponsor says yes

Once a sponsorship is contracted, package benefits can become deliverables for your team to track. That helps you make sure sponsor commitments are actually fulfilled, not just sold.

Sponsors do not need an account. They use a secure link to upload requested materials and update their details.
